周国银：这种说法比较消极，也比较偏激。首先，ESG不是今天才做的，企业从成立之日起就开始做ESG，给员工发工资、做产品安全检测、处理三废，本身就是在实践ESG。其次，市场竞争的本质是优胜劣汰。一个没有合规能力、留不住员工、污染环境，还无法让客户满意的企业，被市场淘汰是正常的逻辑，也是每天都在发生的现实。一个ESG合规的企业，可在客户和投资者面前充分展现其竞争力，而不会提高成本，更不会“找死”。所谓的“找死”，往往由于企业没找准重点，在看似碎片化的指标中乱了分寸。
